Whether you live in France, in the DOM TOM, in Europe or even further in the world, CARSPROWASH offers you a choice of deliveries adapted to your needs. We deliver worldwide.
We ship all orders the same day made avant 1 p.m. on a working day.
Delivery in 48 hours using Colissimo (home delivery), in 24 hours using Chronopost in metropolitan France
The choice of services is automatically presented during the validation of your order according to the weight of the products present in your shopping cart and your place of delivery.
Delivery delay
CARSPROWASH undertakes to respect the delivery times communicated when placing an order.
Once your order has been received, the CARSPROWASH team will ship your package within 24 working hours. Generally, orders placed before noon are sent the same day (except on busy days). Particular attention is paid to the packaging and protection of the products during their transport.
In the event of damage to your package, we invite you to contact us so that we can turn against our delivery service provider.
If your order is late, this may be due to bad weather in winter, for example such as snow or ice.

What are the delivery times for sending by Colissimo?
With Colissimo, for a delivery in metropolitan France, count 2 days.
Overseas, the delivery time is between 11 to 18 days (variable in times of crisis).
For Europe, a few days should be enough.
Finally, for international Colissimo, your shipment can arrive between 3 and 8 days.
As you will have understood, the delivery time depends on the destination of your package.
CHRONOPOST 2023 RATES
If you choose UPS, the rate does not apply to the weight but to the size of the package. The calculation will be made automatically the gold of the addition of article in your basket
