Returns and Refunds
Since the creation of CARSPROWASH in January 2016, we have always been committed to providing impeccable customer service. With more than 12,000,000 parcels to our credit, we have acquired extensive experience in the preparation and management of orders. Our goal today is to offer the most irreproachable service possible. If you ever encounter the slightest problem following an order, here is the procedure to follow.
Return policy:
If you placed an order from Metropolitan France, the Hamon law allows you to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the products.
In this case, we are required to reimburse the amount of the returned products and the shipping costs within 14 days of their receipt by our services. The refund must be made with the same means of payment as that used for the purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in the chat at the bottom right or by email at contact@carsprowash.com.
Returned products must be in their original condition to be refunded.
The plastic packaging may have been opened to judge the product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective product:
In very rare cases it is possible that a product has a defect. We will then send you a replacement product and organize the return of the defective product. In accordance with article L217-7 of the consumer code, "the defects of conformity which appear within 24 months from the delivery of the goods are presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise."

We will get the missing item to you as soon as possible and arrange for the return of the wrong part number.
